Production

Product range comprises forged stainless and carbon & alloy steel, from 150mm up to 350mm, 12metres length. In cooperation with others plants there are possibilities to produce forged long products up to 550mm in diameter, forged discs up to1500mm and other forged products.

Long products (including tube billet) of stainless steel are 300-th and 400-th series grades. The main normative documents for production are DIN EN10272, 10088-3, 10222-5; GOST 5632-72, 5949-75, 25054-81. Tube billet is produced in accordance with TU 14-1-565-84, TU 14-1-790-73, TU 14-1-3844-84, TU 14-1-3845-84 and others normative documents. To meet customer requirements it’s possible to produce steel according to individual demands. The main normative documents for carbon & alloy steel are DIN EN10083-2, 10083-3, 10084-4, 10025-2, SEW550; GOST 4543-71, 1050-88, 8479-70.

Also Company distributes european origin stainless flat and long products (small sizes up to 120mm in diameter) from its stock.
